In an effort to help parents with the costs of Halloween costumes, PreschoolRock.com is hosting a Halloween Costume Exchange.

Parents with outgrown Halloween costumes are encouraged to donate Halloween costumes to the Halloween Costume Exchange to help other parents find free Halloween costumes for their children. The goal is to have a large number of Halloween costumes listed by the beginning of October 2006 so parents can begin to select free Halloween costumes for their children.

Parents wanting to donate, can post their Halloween costume free on the Halloween Costume Exchange page on PreschoolRock.com. Parents in need of a Halloween costume for their child can read through the Halloween costume listings and contact the donator of the Halloween costume. All Halloween costumes are free and PreschoolRock.com takes no profit from the Halloween Costume Exchange program.
