Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Recruits Another Two Members of Staff In a Bid to Expand its UK Regional Operations

London, 20th December 2011 – Tokio Marine Europe Insurance Ltd announced today that two key members of staff have joined its growing UK underwriting team.

Leigh Meekings has been appointed as Marine Cargo Development Underwriter, joining from ACIS insurance. He brings with him nearly 10 years underwriting experience in Freight Forwarders cargo, Freight Liability and general cargo insurance. His cargo insurance experience was acquired during his 8 years with Allianz. Leigh will be responsible for developing the company’s Marine portfolio in the south east of England.

Rob Skilbeck, has also joined Tokio Marine Europe’s Manchester office recently as Senior Casualty Underwriter. Rob previously worked at Allianz and CNA Europe and brings with him over 15 years experience of writing UK liability business. Rob will be responsible for developing liability business in the north of England and Scotland.
